Salary: Basic €30k-€37.5k + Uncapped Commission (OTE €60,000-€70,000+)

Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results and building strong customer relationships?

We're looking for a confident, driven and commercially focused Car Sales Executive to join Hertz Car Sales in Cork.

This role would suit someone who understands the sales process, is comfortable working to targets and enjoys delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous motor trade or vehicle sales experience would be a significant advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing customers throughout the complete vehicle sales journey, from initial enquiry through to handover

Building strong relationships and understanding customers' individual vehicle and finance requirements

Presenting and demonstrating vehicles confidently and professionally

Converting enquiries and showroom visits into successful sales

Working proactively to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Following up with existing and prospective customers to maximise sales opportunities

Maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process

Keeping up to date with vehicle specifications, products, finance options and current market trends

Working as part of a motivated team to deliver strong commercial results

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Proven experience in sales, ideally within automotive, retail, hospitality, financial services or another target-driven environment

A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Confidence dealing with customers throughout the sales process

A commercially minded and results-focused approach

Strong organisation and follow-up skills

Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude

The drive and ambition to maximise earning potential

A full, clean driving licence

Previous motor trade or vehicle sales experience would be a significant advantage, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

What We Offer

Competitive basic salary of €30,000-€37,500

Uncapped commission with OTE of €60,000-€70,000+
