Terms and Conditions for January Sale

1. Offer Period: This January Sale offer is valid from the launch date until January 31st, 11:59 PM. Any submissions or inquiries received after this date will not qualify for the offer.

3. Trade-In Offer:
   • Customers with a trade-in vehicle are eligible for a minimum of €2,000 off the purchase price of any in-stock car.
   • The value of the trade-in vehicle may vary based on its condition, make, model, and year, and the €2,000 minimum will be applied regardless of the actual assessed value.
   • The trade-in vehicle must be legally owned by the customer and meet all necessary requirements to be accepted as a trade-in.
4. No Trade-In Offer:
   • Customers without a trade-in vehicle are eligible for a €1,000 discount on any in-stock vehicle.
   • This discount applies only if there is no trade-in associated with the purchase.
5. Stock Limitations:
   • This offer is applicable only to vehicles currently in stock at the dealership. It does not apply to vehicles that need to be ordered, reserved, or are otherwise not immediately available.
   • Availability of specific vehicles cannot be guaranteed, and customers are advised to inquire promptly to secure their desired vehicle.
6. Non-Transferable:
   • This offer is exclusive to the original customer making the inquiry and cannot be transferred to another person or applied retroactively.
7. Discount Application:
   • The applicable discount (either €2,000 with a trade-in or €1,000 without a trade-in) will be applied to the final purchase price of the vehicle and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
8. Other Conditions:
   • This promotion is non-negotiable and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
